Lots of super speedy runners and personal best achievements were met across the school for our cross country on Monday. It was awesome to have Mattie from Sport Taranaki, our Health Active Living Facilitator, at the start line motivating all our runners. Thank you to Friends of Toko School (FOTS) for supplying ice blocks and sausage and bread after the event.

On Friday last week, we had our Year 7 & 8 Winter Tournament. We entered a netball and a rugby team. Our netball team played four games, we lost 3 and won 1. Our rugby team played three games and we will be competing for the Taranaki Trophy in the rugby final on Friday 11th September at the Hawera Hub. We had a great day. Thanks to our parent coaches and parent supporters on the day.
